SigmAI provides AI-powered cryptocurrency analysis and trading tools. Our platform offers market insights, trading signals, and automated analysis for meme coins and other cryptocurrencies. Services are provided "as is" and we continuously update our AI algorithms to improve accuracy.

2. User Responsibilities

You must be 18+ years old, provide accurate information, maintain account security, comply with applicable laws, and understand that cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk. You're responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses.

3. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading is highly volatile and risky. Past performance doesn't guarantee future results. Our AI provides analysis and suggestions, not financial advice. You may lose your entire investment. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users cannot: manipulate markets, use the platform for illegal activities, attempt to hack or reverse engineer our systems, share accounts, or violate any applicable regulations. Violations may result in account termination.

5. Fees & Payments

7. Termination & Modifications

We may modify these terms with notice. Either party can terminate the agreement. Upon termination, you retain access until the end of your billing period. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations of these terms.
